Superim gathered the first class talents in the wheel manufacturing industry , from the production manager, workshop director to lead engineer, who all have more than 10 years of wheel production experience, and make them together, form a sound, a direction, a force, strong ability in team operations. The company implements "lean production" to reduce the cost, shorten the production cycle and improve the quality by eliminating the non-value-added activities in all parts of the enterprise. Site management is carried out according to the "6S" standard.

We are committed to delivering quality products and satisfying services to our customers by adhering to the principle of "quality first and customer first", and managed by ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949:2016 quality system. The quality management team is divided into quality assurance department and quality inspection department. Strict process monitoring, ensure that each product quality is reliable and meet customer requirements. The laboratory has the international first-class verification equipment, adopt the consummate detection method, ensures the accuracy of the experiment result. The laboratory passes through the Japanese JWL&VIA Certification, the product quality passes the German TUV Certification.

Sales department is the company's external window, is the department that communicates directly with the customer. Our role as a bridge between the customer and the company, how to ensure the smooth of the bridge, is the goal of our work. Familiar with and always clear customer's business, customer requirements and problems must be answered within 24 hours, providing timely, thoughtful and accurate service.
